No. You have to add it before you schedule the job. But you action can do nothing (ie: be in disabled stated) if the job doesn't have any errors. That should solve your case?

The Progress view is designed to show the jobs. It can't be tailored to show only the jobs you want.

AFAIK, there is no way to do that :-(
